Honestly, we were all a little bummed when the forecast changed to rain for Amanda and James’ local elopement, but sometimes the rain can be beautifully fitting.

If there were ever any people who exemplified the brilliance of dancing in the rain, it’s these two.

We sat back in awe throughout the day – impressed with Amanda’s skills of turning their backyard into a sanctuary, head over heels for “Woosta” and the other animals, touched by the family bonds and most of all inspired by the love these two shared and how nothing else mattered.

Anyone who says sunshine brings happiness has never danced in the rain.
